Today I’m going to show you how to make Valentine’s Day Cupcake toppers that can transform the look of store-bought cupcakes into cupcakes from a boutique bakery.

For these cupcake toppers, I used images from Cricut Access and modify them to make cupcake toppers. While editing images to create something unique may not be your first thought when exploring Cricut Access, the subscription opens an ocean of possibilities.
