Yes! Even though it’s hard to believe, I made this beautiful mirror using posterboard and my cutting machine. If you’ve followed me for a while, you probably know that this is the second mirror I have made using poster board. I made the first one, Sunflower Mirror, a couple of years ago for my master bedroom. This year my husband and I gave our guestroom a makeover. It looks fantastic, but I knew it was missing something, and a sunburst mirror was going to complete the look. I have all the material to make this project around the house, a large sheet of poster board, a mirror that I got a couple of months ago at Target, and a wooden circular plaque that I used in one of my previous projects.
For this project, I recommend using a cutting machine; it could be Cricut or Silhouette Cameo. In the video, I’m going to show you how to do it on both devices. If you don’t have a cutting machine, you can also cut the pieces by hand; for this, use the pdf file below.

¡Si! Aunque no lo puedas creer hice este hermoso espejo usando cartulina y mi máquina de corte. Si me has seguido por un tiempo, probablemente sepas que este es el segundo espejo que hago con cartulina. Hice el primero, Sunflower Mirror, hace un par de años para mi habitacion principal. Este año, mi esposo y yo le dimos una nueva imagen a la habitación de invitados. Quedo super linda, pero le faltaba algo, y sabía que un espejo de rayos seria perfecto. Tenía todos los materiales para hacer este proyecto en la casa, un pliego hoja de cartulina, un espejo que compre hace un par de meses en Target y una placa circular de madera que utilicé en uno de mis proyectos anteriores.
Para este proyecto, recomiendo usar una máquina de corte; puede ser Cricut o Silhouette Cameo. En el video, le mostraré cómo hacerlo en ambos dispositivos. Si no tiene una máquina de corte, también puede cortar las piezas a mano; para esto, use el archivo pdf que está al final del post.
