Este es el tercer y último video de la serie “Cómo hacer tu bouquet de boda tu misma”. Este sin dudar a dudas fue mi bouquet favorito, me encanta como quedaron las flores se ven súper lindas.
Yo estoy usando las flores para armar un bouquet de novia pero ustedes las pueden usar para armar un centro de mesa, para decorar un pastel, las posibilidades son muchas. Como siempre les quiero hacer saber que este es un proyecto sencillo pero es laborioso, especialmente si ustedes deciden pintar las flores como yo hice, la cantidad de tiempo se reduce significativamente si ustedes simplemente compran la cartulina que les gusta, pero definitivamente no creo que sean tan lindas como las pintadas.
Cuando hice estas rosas me di cuenta que es mejor doblar los pétalos antes de armar las flores y cuando la cartulina aún se siente un poco húmeda. Colocar las hojas tiene su truco, usar el alambre ayuda, pero es más fácil si hacen un corte pequeño en la espera de tecnopor, unen dos hoja en la base y la colocan dentro del corte con un poco de silicona. Una alternativa es usar las hojas de ramos artificiales. Como verán en el video yo use una cinta delgada para envolver el tubo porque era la cinta que tenía a la mano, sin embargo les recomiendo usar una cinta gruesa.
Yo dibuje todos los moldes para que a ustedes se le haga más fácil armas las flores. Puedes comprar los moldes y el tutorial en mi tienda Etsy. Bouquet de flores de papel y succulenta
This is the third and final video of the serie “How to make your own wedding bouquet”. This was without a doubt my favorite bouquet of the three I’ve made. I love how the flowers came out, they look amazing. While I’m using these flowers to make a wedding bouquet you could also use them to make a centerpiece, to decorate a cake and more, the possibilities are endless. As always I want to tell you beforehand that this is an an easy project but it’s time consuming, especially if you decide to paint the flowers like I did. You’ll save time if you buy the card stock of the color you want, however, in my opinion, they won’t look as good on flat cardstock. When I made these flowers I noticed that it’s better to fold the petals before assembling the flowers, when the card stock still feels a little damp.
Putting on the leaves was one of the more complicated parts for me, at the beginning I was using the leaves that I attached to a floral wire but I then found that making a slit in the foam ball and gluing the leaves to this slit worked better. To fill the empty space I glued two leaves leaving the top open (you see when you watch the tutorial). An alternative is to use leaves from a fake plant.
For this tutorial I used a thin ribbon to cover the pvc, because that was what I had at home. While the ribbon I used on the PVC looked great I think it would look better with a wider ribbon.
