Chicken wonton soup

March 9, 2013 Leave a Comment

[one_half]Ingredientes
• 1 caja de caldo de pollo TJ’s
• 1 bolsa de chicken wonton congelados TJ’s
• 1/2 taza de zanahorias picadas
• 1/4 taza cebollita china, parte verde
[/one_half]

[one_half_last padding=”0 0 0 10px”]Ingredients
• 1 box of chicken broth
• 1/4 cup of chopped green onion (green part)
• 1/2 cup of chopped carrots
• 3 bok choy bulbs chopped in big pieces
• 1 bag of chicken wontons
• Rice noodles quantity up to you
• Optional chicken breast
[/one_half_last]

If you are going to use chicken put one spoon of vegetable oil in the pan and sauté it.
Add the carrots and chicken broth to the pan and let it boil. Next add egg the noodles and let them cook for around 4 minutes. When the noodles are ready add in the wontons and bok choy and cook for about 2 min then add the green onions and cook for about 30 seconds. Finally, eat 🙂
