Cricut DIY Wall Banners

September 21, 2020 Leave a Comment

Add warmth and character to any space with a personalized canvas banner. Today I’m going to show you have to make these adorable canvas banners and to customed them using your Cricut machine and Iron on.

I used a 100% cotton canvas; I did have some leftover when I made the french mattress cushion. My recommendation to get the best when using iron-on is to stick to cotton.

If you’re struggling with iron-on sticking to the material, I want to give you a couple of tips.

  • Always read the information about the iron-on you’re using.
  • The best base material to use with Iron-on is 100% cotton.
  • Remove the backing when it’s completely cool before I used to have so many issues because I was impatient and remove the iron-on before it cools down, causing problems and waste material.

Watch the video tutorial.
